Poor customer service while the manager is not on site. 5am and employees walking in mean mugging not speaking to customers waiting at counter. There is one lady who has customer service but overall it's not a good environment and I have gave this location many tries. Needs new staff or training and development ASAP. Employees arguing in front of customers, second hand embarrassment. Please improve as many locals frequent this DD.
I AM SO EXTREMELY UPSET, I PLACED MY ORDER RIGHT WHEN I GOT OUT OF WORK ITS THE SAME THING I BASICALLY ORDER EVERY MORNING AT 4:30. EVERYTHING BAGEL EGG CHEESE AND BACON WITH HASH BROWNS I GET HOME OPEN UP THE BAG AND I DONT HAVE A BAGEL SHE PUT IT ON A CROISSANT!!!!!!!!!!!!
I went to dunkin Donuts today and they had NO donuts. Can't think of a worst review I can give... any donuts for sell. Not even 1. Unfortunate Updating my score review from 1 star to 1 star again. This palce needs the advice of a good designer to make it look more inviting. A bit more esthetic please..
I sat in the Drive-Thru line for about 20 minutes while only one car was able to make it through. As I spoke into the speaker the drive through a tenant told me more then once to look over the menu. When I told him I know what I wanted, he told me the lobby was full and he could not serve me. Then in his words he told me to go to 7-11 instead. Drive-thru is Express, it's meant to be faster than going inside the lobby.
