Need my doughnuts every morning great staff
If I can give a zero star rating I would! The manger took my order and messed it up twice starting with the coffee and next the sandwiches. When I asked for the correct order asked me “what do I want” then I over heard the manager scream to the workers “can you get this lady her order so she will stop complaining”. I cannot believe someone can run a business treating customers like this. The manger is abusive to his workers and his workers are abusive to the customers!
Rene/Renay is very rude . Customer service is -1/10 with her . I’ve always come here for my breakfast every single day and every single time I see her she’s absolutely rude and disrespectful. Mary and Tony are very sweet people! Hire more people like Mary and Tony. There’s also a woman who’s on the heavy side that’s works there and speaks very loud and rudely told the quiet Spanish girl in the front that she was all her way and she needs to speak English !
