Right off the bat the server was extremely moody and irritated by something. She gave me attitude and I ignored it and tried to be as polite as possible. When I received my drink it wasn’t at all what I ordered or what I usually order. When I told the server that this isn’t what I ordered I was told that it was. I tried explaining how I never even order these types of drinks, and the server was adamant that I did in fact order it, when that was not the case. Some of the workers here are rude and obnoxious. Hate your job? That sucks, but I am STILL paying for my coffee.
Person at the cash register on June 23rd at 5:40pm needs to be put on check. She has a nasty attitude; I was just trying to ask her about how to use the Dunkin app and she was talking to me very abrasive and rough like she hated her job. I requested another person and the person that was in the back didn’t want to make my coffee according to her so I left.
