First of all, please give out the receipt because when you mess up the order we have proof of what I ordered. Second don't be looking at me like all crazy when I'm telling you that half of my order is missing. Then it looks like the girl wrapped the food using just her elbows because it looks like she just picked it up from the trash can. I don't mind waiting but Jesus Christ get the order correct. And again issue the receipt so you can verify what is missing without giving a crazy look at the customers.
I'm not picky they have black coffee when I forget to make it and it's quick because I assume everyone hates it
I went at 0900 and guess what… they didn’t even have any donuts/pastries. And the drinks they were advertising weren’t even available anymore…so why advertise them??!
How could you sell something like this to anyone. I was the only one this morning and then yet I received a burned croissant. I went back to the store, no apologies just straight up attitude for their mistake. Horrible customer service. Never had this problem in the past with previous employees.
