Pulled up to order 1 large coffee at the drive through. I sat a few minutes and my order was taken. There was no line so I pulled right up to the window where I waited another 20 minutes to pay and still had not gotten my coffee. Not the first time there has been a long wait here.
The person working the drive-thru at this location was incredibly rude and unprofessional. They were confrontational over a simple order, making for a truly unpleasant experience. The lack of basic customer service is shocking and they clearly need better training. I won't be returning.
