Don’t ever come to this location. Bad service and the employees don’t even know what they’re doing. Dunkin’ hire or train them better!
I’m writing this review in hopes that it helps improve the customer experience at this location. I’ve been to this Dunkin’ many times and usually don’t have issues, but my most recent visit was disappointing and uncomfortable. When I arrived, I waited in the lobby for about five minutes without being acknowledged, so I decided to use the self-order kiosk to place my order. The service was bad for and it was my first time there and last
Coffee is practically like water!!!!! Waste of money Go to Starbucks on the other side of the freeway if you want decent coffee. Update. Went their second day in a row to try and get a better experience. This time instead of getting coffee that was watered down with milk. I got a black coffee without any creamer. Nobody listens!!!! This place is a waste of time Starbucks here I come.
