Worst service . Never been to a Dunkin and they say we always toast bagels. It’s standard. Bull. All other stores ask. Total me I had to pay for them since they made them . Will never go back. Worth the ride to Airmont for excellent service.
David the clerk…..what an outstanding server. Kind caring and accommodating. Truly a gentleman of a young man and customer service skills like the President of a Fortune 500 company. Kudos to you David.
So if you're ordering anything non-dairy you will find that more often than not they are not cleaning the cups and equipment well and your non-dairy beverage/coffee will indeed have dairy in it. All that don't drink dairy know what that tastes like. Tastes like dairy milk in your coffee. They need to take this seriously before they make someone really sick. Clean steam nozzles on frothing machines, clean tumblers, use different spoons and stirers for dairy and non-dairy beverage orders... We can taste the dairy in the drink ... read more
