They sold me day old donuts charging full price. If you’re gonna do that, then you should be charging people half price, don’t charge me full price for an old donut thinking the customer is not gonna know. Now I see why they don’t have a lot of customers.
What a bad experience!!!! I asked for an ice macchiato with 1 french vanilla and 1 caramel. The guy who worked there doesn’t know what he’s doing! Instead of putting 1 pump of french vanilla and caramel, he put 2 of each!!!!! He also mixed my macchiato with a spoon, I told him, are you sure this is mine!??? I told him the no one mix it!! He said “we always mix it with a spoon” I just threw my macchiato. Extremely had a bad experience with this location.
My recent visit to Dunkin’ was brief, but it left a great impression. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere felt warm and inviting, almost like being at home. Even though I was just in and out, the positive vibe made me want to come back and stay longer. I’m definitely looking forward to dining in soon and enjoying more of that welcoming ambiance. Great experience overall!
