So it was really hot in the inside of the building and I saw a lot of flies. One landed on a muffin. I will not be back.
The service here was good, the employees were super friendly and quick, and my drink was delicious. Honestly, one of the best coffees I’ve had in a while. The only downside was that the AC wasn’t working, so it was really hot inside. Kinda uncomfortable to sit and hang out. Hopefully they get that fixed soon, but overall still a great store and I will be back!
I walked into Dunkin' Donuts this afternoon to get my usual, only to figure out THEY HAVE NO AC in 90+ degree weather! That's ridiculous and absurd; not only for the customers, but also for the employees that have to work there!! That's uncalled for AND NEEDS to be solved ASAP. Not to mention with humidity it feels like 105+ Straight bullshit
Rude taking order at drive through, got to the window a bigger lady with bad hygiene basically threw our food at us and when I said she forgot our coffee she rolled her eyes sighed and said "just hold on gosh" very rude and unhygienic won't be back to this dunkin
