Waited for over 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches and 2 wraps.... The place wasn't busy at all and had 2 people working. Person at the oven totally doesn't know what they're doing... Forgot a wrap and put bacon on an "egg and cheese no bacon".... I used to work at dunkins ALONE with twice the customers and still got everyone out quicker than what we experienced.... I'm honestly not really even blaming the workers at this point it's the management.... It's been like that at every single dunkins and it never changes....
The bacon egg and cheese on English muffin was the best I’ve had in years. The muffin was toasted to perfection and the bacon was delightfully crispy. 10/10
Edit: came back after 3 years to let yall know this dunkins is still trash. Today, no donuts at all, and stood at the counter for 10 minutes before even being acknowledged. This specific dunkins on Manchester st in concord has become a disaster over the past couple of months. They fired/transfered their entire crew and replaced them with people who simply don't seem to give a crap.
