I dont really like dunkin but workers were nice
I ordered an Iced Matcha Latte through UberEats, but what I received was just a cup of milk with no trace of matcha at all. While UberEats did refund me for the drink, I’m honestly more disappointed than anything else. I completely understand that mistakes happen, especially when it’s close to closing time. I’m not a difficult customer, and I would have been okay if the store had contacted me to let me know they were out of matcha.
