I ordered an Iced Matcha Latte through UberEats, but what I received was just a cup of milk with no trace of matcha at all. While UberEats did refund me for the drink, I’m honestly more disappointed than anything else. I completely understand that mistakes happen, especially when it’s close to closing time. I’m not a difficult customer, and I would have been okay if the store had contacted me to let me know they were out of matcha. The worst milkshake I ever had. I asked for very berry strawberry milkshake on the thick side and it was literally like milk didn't taste very berry at all never again
No Napkin and No straw. Those employees were careless.
