Ordered a box of joe 20 min before I got there . Then had to wait another 30 min for them to make it when I got there... Thank you. What's the point of ordering in advance?
Do NOT order online on the weekends. The two ladies here completely ignored my order and took A WHOLE HOUR to make ONE of the THREE refreshers that I ordered. I placed my order at 12:02 and finally received everything at 1:20, which is actually insane because I had to ask for my order countless times and they said they would be working on it. Friendly staff and fast service.
Super bad service from the Spanish guy and very rude , this guy should be fired . I recommend another Dunkin’ Donuts locations No respect for customers
No seating except a small table. One guy making orders. Took awhile. Waited too long to be informed they had no hot chocolate. We had to inquire. We had waited for so long then asked.. *** If you are headed to the Dyker Heights to see lights, visit 84th between 11th & 12 Ave. They have have hot chocolate being served outside their home, popcorn & even saw an Auntie Anne's truck. Go see lights and get a drink enroute.
