No one even looked at us or spoke to us for the first 5 minutes we stood at the front counter. Finally after everyone behind the counter had ignored us for ~5 minutes we started asking people to take our order as they walked by behind the counter. The policy to not make a drink how the paying customer ask totally makes no sense. I get the same drink everyday and have NEVER had an issue adding cold foam to a hot drink until THIS location. The manager was even asked and my only solution was to add whipped cream something I never asked for to begin with. Why would I spent my money on anything other than what I asked for. Hello?
I had the worst experience in my life with Duncan. I’ve been at Duncan for years now, but this has to be the absolute worst . The lady Rebecca is completely rude. She supposedly the manager, but doesn’t act like it
