Another Dunkin with Incompetent staff. Ordered an Iced Machiato with Akim Milk, 1 shot of Caramel. Much TOO Sweet, so definitely Not only 1 shot of Caramel and super Light for a Machiato so definitely not 2 ahots of expresso, ahe probably made it like a Latte.. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 AND... Choc donut turned out to be a Raised Glazed donut 🤬🤬🤬 Not like they were busy either Just Complete INCOMPETENCE!!!!!
I was so happy when this location opened. It’s the closest to my house and it was amazing. They always made the coffee great and it was a good experience now I have to drive across town If I gamble and go to this location, it’s almost a guarantee that the coffee will be made completely disgusting. I wish that they could fix whatever is going on there.
