Jamiah and Mya are the rudest employees I have ever seen. They make this Dunkin the worst I have ever been too. Just because my food was burnt does not mean it was my fault and act like I cooked it. They are so aggressively rude. I have never been treated like shit in a Dunkin. I will only go in the afternoon. It seriously unreal how freaking rude they are. The clearly hate their lives.
For the last 2 years I have gone to dunkin for my morning coffee and breakfast almost everyday. The staff was friendly, upbeat and just all around awesome. Now over the last 8 months or so the staff has been replaced and it's very blah. When the person takes your order at the drive thru, has no personality. Definitely not a happy tone. Terrible service was Terrible sadly Terrible they don't even speak to you when you saying good morning no eye contact at all.
