Probably the worst DD Ive ever went to. Been 5 times since moving here. 4 of those times, my simple coffee with caramel didnt have caramel, and the 5th time the service was a bust. No other DD in the state from Madison to Montgomery and the cities in between, (Im from Ttown and frequent Bham and Montgomery) mess my coffee up. They have a 3 Star google review and I honestly think thats being generous.
Nice clean place
I used their mobile app and they had 20 minutes to prep it. When I arrived no other customers were inside or the drive thru and yet I had to wait 8 minutes. Plus I had to point out that they forgot 3 items!
Y’all have got to stop hiring these girls that have the worst attitudes! Trash! Not one of these employees should be dealing with the public!
I’ve never had an issue with any of the staff. Most of the time they’re pleasant. My issue is the inconsistency of the drinks. I order the exact same drink every few days and it always comes out different. I’ve had to ask for less ice (which I was told they weren’t sure they could do), I’ve asked for more coffee (which I said I’d pay for) and it’s just always wrong.
