They can’t even get an order right. I ordered a hot chocolate and they gave me regular coffee. I can’t drink caffeine and should not have to check my drink every time. The manager will not take responsibility for how poorly her team is trained. She is just worried about herself. Do not visit this Dunkin.
This place is slow even for a cup of coffee. Avoid it if you don’t have a lot of time.
This Dunkin is always out of literally EVERYTHING!!!! Every single time I come I order off the mobile app and then have to get some refunded. If you don’t have something is there not a way to not block you from ordering on the app? I know Chick-fil-A can do this as I work for Chick-fil-A. If we don’t have something we turn it off so people don’t order it and get disappointed. Do better Dunkin!!!!
This place is horrible. Can’t make signature coffee for nothing.
