Super nice people. I rarely go to Duncan and didn’t know my way around the menu and they were very patient explaining all of my options.
My wife ordered a coffee & donut with cash but no receipt was given. She was next handed her coffee - with no donut. When she asked for the donut she paid for they wanted to see the receipt - which she didn’t have because they didn’t give it to her earlier. The employee then closed the window & moved elsewhere. Unfortunately my wife didn’t have time for any more BS so had to leave promptly. Absolutely bizarre employee behavior over a single donut.
The workers are always friendly and their place is always clean. They make excellent frozen coffees at this location 🥰
