Waited in drive thru for 30 minutes for 2 dozen and a coffee my coffee tasted like shit and one of my dozen on had 8 donuts how hard is it to count to 12
i went into this dunkin at like 6:30 on 11/7/25 and i placed my order on the kiosk and genuine ly waited 10 minutes for one of the 5 workers to even step foot out of the back area and when they did they were using my drink to train someone which is fine i get it but i ordered a cold brew and i guess they were out and then they told the trainee to just make it regular iced coffee and add a double shot of espresso to my drink instead of asking me if i wanted anything else i also asked for extra ice and i swear there is literal... read more
The drive-thru more often than not gets orders wrong. I’ve been been coming every now and then for years and that’s my consistent experience no matter who is attending me. Can’t get simple requests right and need to be repeated multiple times. Didn’t tell me that one of my items was discontinued while ordering and I found out when the orders were supposed to come out.
Went in almost at closing time. The 2 young men that was working was amazing. I wish I got there names. They was very friendly and made a stop for ice cream after getting out of the hospital an amazing and enjoyable time.
