TERRIBLE service i decided to go to dunkin on my lunch break because i really wanted to enjoy a bacon egg and cheese bagel BUT when i walked in the employers awknowleged me once saying they would be with me and after that i got NO interaction. i stood at the counter waiting to be helped for over 10 minutes and did not even get my order taken. they had only 2 people in the drive through and 3 people working. meanwhile only one employee was really working the other one was standing at the drive thru on their phone not helping... read more
