I went this morning 9/25 around 10–11 AM. The speed and order is always on point here, but the customer service isn’t, like today. The young girl with glasses working the drive thru was really rude, and I don’t think this is first time I’ve experience that from her either. My gf won't stop talking about how good yalls coffee is .
It's hit or miss ar this location. There's been days we've gotten our coffee right others not. This time our coffee was very good but the munchkins seemed old. UPDATE: 09/17/25 Here revenue the past few months they must've gotten me management or something because they have improved. They have been consistent, food and drinks have been good, and even though it usually has a long line at the drive through it moves pretty quickly.
I came to this Dunkin’ Donuts and ordered just one avocado toast. Somehow, it took them over 30 minutes to get it to me. That’s completely unacceptable, especially for a place that’s supposed to be quick and convenient. Plus i was the only person inside the store ordering.
