Sad you can’t even walk in and order what is this! I stopped going here for a long while. It’s suppose to be open at 5 ev n six I could see I drove there this morning at 630 no one there so I’m done with this DD it’s a dive any way. How’s it still open I don’t know.
The manager here is horrible. I ordered an iced latte and asked if they could add a splash of cream. The man taking my order said no and I was confused because many dunkins do it and the cream is not something that has to be steamed, it is like adding extra milk. Another lady took over and was willing to do it then the manager said that it wont taste right because it is a milk-based drink and how it is against policy. I would like to see that policy, dunkin corp. Either way I went back and forth with this manager until I fin... read more

I went to the location at 8324 Jog road in lake worth Florida. I was so embarrassed by the female worker asking me if the mobile order I picked up was mine as if I were a thief. Tone and attitude is everything. There were 5 white persons in the store and I, the only black person. My husband and I came in and he went to the bathroom while I went in line to place an additional order to our mobile. I have visited that Dunkin almost every week and I have never seen anyone steal a drink or have I seen the area monitored before.... read more

Very polite and courteous staff. Always have quick service with a quality product.
I love this Dunkin location. The owner is hard working and customer focused. They employees are very helpful and friendly. I go to this location every day.
Best Dunkin ever!
In general, I enjoy going to Dunkin Donuts. The Moncks Corner location however is a bit of a hot mess w/ noticeable systemic issues. I'd avoid this location and go to Essentials Coffee instead.
