We recently moved to the area and started frequenting this location. At first everything was great and the staff were kind and upbeat and friendly. Then came a pretty large ship of people and a wave of times where we came in and there was only one person working. The absolute rudest people at drive thru. I had to say my order 2x, IT WAS REPEATED BACK, and then still didn't get the sandwich. She then double downed and said, no that was me taking the order. Didn't even offer to make/ charge for the sandwich. Never again.
I stopped coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts location for a while because they CONSTANTLY mess up my order. I decided to try again today and was quickly reminded why I stopped. Today when the woman handed me my drink I could tell by looking that it wasn’t right. I informed her it wasn’t what I ordered and she rudely grabbed it back, took it to the back, brushed the whip cream off the top, and handed me the same drink back.
