The absolute rudest people at drive thru. I had to say my order 2x, IT WAS REPEATED BACK, and then still didn't get the sandwich. She then double downed and said, no that was me taking the order. Didn't even offer to make/ charge for the sandwich. Never again.
I stopped coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts location for a while because they CONSTANTLY mess up my order. I decided to try again today and was quickly reminded why I stopped. Today when the woman handed me my drink I could tell by looking that it wasn’t right. I informed her it wasn’t what I ordered and she rudely grabbed it back, took it to the back, brushed the whip cream off the top, and handed me the same drink back. I’ve been coming to Dunkin’ Donuts for over 30 years and by far the donuts at this location, taste like the donuts that used to be made in house at the early Dunkin’ Donuts stores. Absolutely delicious. If anybody knows if they make donuts on the premises, please let me know cause these are absolutely delicious and the customer service was stellar.
Favorite dunkin ever! Even got my MITTEN! Its so soft and insulated
