I swear the guy at the counter was messing with me with how disoriented he seemed. How are y'all out of boxes?
I’m not sure what this location does different than other locations in the metro. But, this is my absolute favorite location! I have never had a bad tasting coffee from this location.
The girl working the front counter was absolutely amazing! Their oven had just broken, and they had only recently cleared out the smoke before I walked in. I honestly couldn’t even tell anything had happened until I tried to order kolaches and she explained the situation. She was clearly having a rough day, especially after another customer had just finished yelling at her about the donut selection. Ordered bacon egg and cheese on croissant in the Drive-Thru the food was extremely cold, had to turn around go back to the store and take the food inside and have it replaced.
We recently moved to the area and started frequenting this location. At first everything was great and the staff were kind and upbeat and friendly. Then came a pretty large ship of people and a wave of times where we came in and there was only one person working. I understand the difficulties of staffing a location, what I don't understand is a comfort level by management to hire people that act like life is over and don't even greet you.
