I waited over ten minutes for a small black coffee and a muffin. The customer service here is terrible, as the workers don't greet customers and seem to have a bad attitude throughout the interaction. Management needs to improve the service rather than just replying to complaints.
Place was messy and it felt like they were short staffed
Great service, I went in at 920am on 7/18 shared a recipe from an old employee I knew, and was very pleased with the service and quality of food. Keep up the good work!
Nice people who work there but sanitary conditions are very poor. Windows and doors are gross , bathrooms have not cleaned for a while now. How am I suppose to eat here if I’m grossed out from these conditions.
Kid went out back to hit his weed pen twice before grabbing my order next time I’ll walk behind the counter and grab my order myself. I smoke myself and could clearly smell it. If you can’t work without it you shouldn’t be working at dunks
