Slowest store ever. Be prepared to wait easily 20 minutes in line
waited in drive thru for over 40 minutes for an order. line was backed up to the road. turns out they only had 2 people working. got home and one sandwich was missing, one had a piece of paper in it, and one was not made properly. tried calling and they weren't answering. tried using dd app customer service chat and that appears to not be an option anymore. so here is my review. should have just closed
This used to be my favorite Dunkin’s but it is awful now!!!!! I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru to pick up my mobile order. When I got to the window I asked why it took so long. The kid looked confused and said “I don’t know the manager isn’t here today so it’s unorganized”. You should probably have a manager on duty on a busy Sunday morning! When I got my breakfast sandwich it was burnt to a crisp and I couldn’t even bite it. Awful service and awful food. Do not go here you will wait forever for terrible food and drinks... read more
