Ask for a latte, pay for a latte, get a crappy coffee
waited in drive thru for over 40 minutes for an order. line was backed up to the road. turns out they only had 2 people working. got home and one sandwich was missing, one had a piece of paper in it, and one was not made properly. tried calling and they weren't answering. tried using dd app customer service chat and that appears to not be an option anymore. so here is my review. should have just closed update on 11/16/25: went through drive-thru again (only a few cars in line this time) and ordered a bacon & egg bagel sandwi... read more
I’ve been a loyal customer at this Dunkin’ location Hudson NH for a long time and used to get my favorite coffee here almost every day. Unfortunately, over the last few months, the coffee quality has become awful!!! It’s now full of cream — it doesn’t even taste like coffee anymore! It feels like I’m drinking a cup of cream with just a sip of coffee added.
