There is no effort to improve the quality of staff interaction with guests. Team members should never be allowed to dictate what donuts can be purchased from those available in that store and currently on shelves for sale.
They have made my drink entirely wrong 3 times in a row and I wonder if they actually train the staff on how to make the drinks or if theyre just free balling in there. Very bad attitudes in the drive thru, I had a lady glare at me so bad after telling her “Thank you! Have a good day!” it kinda felt like she could’ve spit in my drink 😭😭 I used to frequent this location a few years ago and it was great, I have no clue what happened.
My drink tasted yummy and the donut was fresh. While I understand an early morning shift is not ideal, I found the workers to be a bit stand offish and rude.
