Good Dunkin!
I'm gonna take this Dunkin off my list. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese wrap, amd and literally it looked like someone took a huge bite out of the sausage. Went back and had the manager open the wrap and look at it. I asked him why someone would even put the sausage in the wrap like that and his response was "teenagers". We are incredibly upset and disappointed in how disrespectful the service was here. When we asked for a certain donut the lady at the drive through was nasty about it and not polite at all, acting like we were wrong for just ordering food like a normal customer. One of us ordered an egg and sausage wake up wrap. When she opened when we got home, we were all disgusted, there was a A piece missing from the sausage that looked distinctly like somebody took a bite out of it. Went this morning the woman at the drive through was cold and non professional, when I brought back my sandwich that clearly had a human sized bite taken out of my sausage. The manager used "teenage work ethic" as a excuse. Like you expect me to eat this? Worst dunkin ever
Coffee was better than expected. Apple fritter was tasty. Counter staff was too busy talking to each other and seemed uninterested in real customer service.
