If I could give it zero stars, I would. Today I waited 30 minutes in line at the drive-through only for them to tell me that they couldn’t process any orders. Quite possibly the most incompetent staff with zero common sense.
Whoever you have working today has to be the worst employees I've ever witnessed. Girl was counting coins for 10 minutes. No exaggeration could be low balling that number. Proceeds to open window barely to mutter out what do you want. I piddy whomever owns it. Imagine owning the worst Dunkin in the country. As I can't verify any possible international locations.
Absolutely disgusted. How does a renovated Dunkin' Donuts have black particles on their ice and serve hair inside their coffee? Was lucky enough to be one of the first 100 people to get the code for free Hot/Iced coffee for 100 days, but didn't realize that would be coming with a strand of dirty hair in my free coffee and moldy ice :)
They never have donuts. I'm not checking everyday, but the few times I've gone there at like 4:00 in the afternoon they only ever have chocolate or vanilla donuts left. They run out of everything else and don't bother to have any foresight to order more, or defrost more, or whatever it is that's causing them to not have donuts. Like the whole name is Dunkin donuts, why do you not have donuts?
