They always manage to mess up my order. Why would I PAY for less ice when they just put full ice anyway. The staff is unwelcoming and the owner, Justine I believe, is incredibly unprofessional and believes it’s ok to yell at staff in front of customers. This place needs to be torn down and everyone needs to be fired. I’m contacting corporate.
Can’t get my order straight if their life depended on it. Love the weekday crew but the night shift and the weekend shift are incompetent. It’s ridiculous.
I ordered a matcha latte with less ice and they added even more ice than usual. Disappointing.
They indirectly called my friend the A-word for your behind when she conversationally told them that she used to work for a competitor. As in my friend was trying to say that she gets how things can be at coffee places because she used to work at [competitor], and the lady working just deadpanned that she didn't like that place because their coffee is expensive and everyone that works there is an ace-in-the-hole, except the lady used the actual word, if you know what I'm saying.
