Dunkin needs to audit this location and determine whether it should be allowed to stay open or if ownership should be transferred to someone else. The workers are untrained for anything except drive thru timing, a black coffee with nothing in it is somehow watered down and the wrong size, and all drinks are genuinely garbage. I’ve given them a chance multiple times but it’s impossible to extract acceptable service out of this location.
Makes my coffee wrong 9-10 times and now when I call to get it resolved no one answers I’ve called 10 times. The entire store needs to be re trained. There are 4 other Dunkin’s around avoid this one. Edit: went into the store to get my coffee remade and the manager (Jo) I was told her name was was rude and obnoxious when I asked her when no one could answer the phone she states she was busy. (She was wiping tables down with no one in drive through or in the store. This women should not be managing anything.
AVOID AT ALL COST !!!! They never ever pick up the phone I called like 15 times and no one answered and the coffee I got tasted like shit and the donut was hard as a rock. I will never ever be back here !!! Terrible customer service
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Terrible Dunkin. Went through the drive through and ordered 3 coffees, reading directly from an order message. When I got to the window, I noticed 1 coffee didn’t have a white sticker with the order on it, and 1 the order was complete wrong.
