Gotta love when you ask for a bagel and you clearly see bagels. Then they tell you they don’t have any, just because they don’t want to do their jobs….. wow. This happened on 4-22-26. Around 7:30. Get better employees.
Bought a coffe for 8.00 dollars and it was complete dog crap disgusting what a waste of money and the wait time is so freaking long time
Staff was amazing on Sunday 3/8. Despite a rush, made sure I was seen and taken care of while maintaining kindness and professionalism. Everything made right.
One star for these reasons, Waited almost 30 minutes to receive my wake up wrap and a coffee. I almost walked away due to no one from the staff putting the ready food from the counter to the pick up tray. I received mine after it sat for about 20 minutes so it was cold and I didn't even feel like eating it. Dunkin do better.
Placed an order for the Hinsdale VFW Post 4234, with the manager. Went to pick it up the next morning and was told she had forgotten about the order. Two young employees worked hard to get the order done for me. The manager isn't very pleasant and should not be in a management position
