Wow they do their online orders before taking care of customer at the conter
It's not every day I encounter angels on earth, but today I was fortunate enough to meet one in the Hinsdale Walmart Dunkin'. To the worker that was patient and friendly with me despite being top tier stupid tired, borderline drooling on myself - you a real one. Without my totally regular coffee I think I would've ended up barking and growling at those who parked their carts horizontally in isles.
Everyone here is so nice and our food always comes out great! This location is our go to even living further away
I was 3rd in line when a rush of people lined up behind me. Nearly every 10+ people behind me received their order before me. 10 minutes in, when I asked if they could check where my frozen coffee was, the person making the drinks said because there were a bunch of the same drink I ordered, he was going to make them all at the same time. That’s completely fine, so I waited and eventually got my drink first. I was there at 7:20pm tonight and I asked for a frozen coffee, the lady taking my order said it was “too late to make frozen drinks” that’s the one thing I want at the end of the day. The other person working there started making nasty comments, degrading my children and telling me to go to a different dunkin if it was such a problem. They are too lazy to make a frozen drink almost 40 minutes before they closed. Do better Dunkin terrible costumer service.
