I was there at 7:20pm tonight and I asked for a frozen coffee, the lady taking my order said it was “too late to make frozen drinks” that’s the one thing I want at the end of the day. The other person working there started making nasty comments, degrading my children and telling me to go to a different dunkin if it was such a problem. They are too lazy to make a frozen drink almost 40 minutes before they closed. Do better Dunkin terrible costumer service.
worst experience ever, I was there at 7:20 PM i was denied service because it was too late in the day, when dunkin closes at 8. i’m so upset because after a long day at work all i wanted was a cold chiller. do better!
WENT TO DUNKIN TO GET AN OREO COFFEE CHILLER AND THE GENTLEMAN WAS JUST STANDING THERE WATCHING THE GIRL TAKE THE ORDERS. IT WAS 715PM AND THEY CLOSE AT 8PM. SHE TOLD ME IT WAS TOO LATE IN THE DAY TO MAKE THE DRINK I WANTED. SHE ASKED IF THERE WAS SOMETHING ELSE I WOULD LIKE AND THAT IS WHAT I WANTED. THE RUDE GUY JUST STANDING THERE DOING NOTHING TOLD ME TO GO TO ANOTHER DUNKIN IF I WANTED THE DRINK. DO BETTER WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DUNKIN!
This Dunkin’ is the best around!! The Brattleboro Dunkin’s can’t compete! Obviously the atmosphere is what’s expected at a Walmart, but the service and drinks are INCREDIBLE! The gentleman who always makes my matchas does such a great job and seems so kind! Thanks Walmart Dunkin’! :)
Gotta love when you ask for a bagel and you clearly see bagels. Then they tell you they don’t have any, just because they don’t want to do their jobs….. wow. This happened on 4-22-26. Around 7:30. Get better employees.
