Went to the Dunkin’ and ordered what I thought was a simple order of 2 medium French vanilla frozen coffee with whipped cream immediately after i ordered the person taking my order just walked away before i even paid. I paid for my order and even left a 10% tip just for my order to get made wrong 3 separate times and it took over 15 minutes for me to finally receive my final order which still wasn’t correct first i got 2 ICED coffees.took over 10 minutes for any of the 3 employees to notice me still waiting. Slowest place ever. Waited 30mins for a coffee, sat morning and only 2 employees working. Management at this place needs to wake up because the wait time due to lack of employees is unacceptable. This is why people quit, because they are overworked and underappreciated.
They never cook anything all the way, I’ve had to get my food remade 3+ times because it was still half frozen or soaked in so much butter I could've clogged an artery. One morning I got a bagel and it tasted like cigarettes. I've watched the people who work there stand around and do nothing with a line full of people. I've also watched the workers be very rude to customers, there was a woman that had to pull her phone out and record them to stop them yelling at her. This Dunkin is very unprofessional and disgusting.
Wow they do their online orders before taking care of customer at the conter
It's not every day I encounter angels on earth, but today I was fortunate enough to meet one in the Hinsdale Walmart Dunkin'. To the worker that was patient and friendly with me despite being top tier stupid tired, borderline drooling on myself - you a real one. Without my totally regular coffee I think I would've ended up barking and growling at those who parked their carts horizontally in isles.
