Stopped at this Dunkin… should have left when I seen the bathroom absolutely disgusting. The sink is literally falling apart and toilet paper all over the floors. Sat down with my family to have breakfast and I couldn’t help but hear the staff yelling at each other over drive thru times. I ordered a simple bagel with butter and it didn’t have any butter, my friends bacon egg and cheese was cold and the cheese wasn’t melted, my friends dad ordered a bagel with cream cheese and they didn’t spread cream cheese on it and instead gave him a packet of cream cheese so he can spread it himself. Not to mention it took like 20 minutes for the order to be ready

I've never seen a dunkin with so many employees. That said, it should not always take a half hour for a hot coffee Slowest service of any full service location
