The new employees are very rude & extremely slow. I don't know what happened to the old friendly staff, but I'm not using this dunkin anymore.
Terrible customer service! Baristas were rude and did waited until I go to the store and asked about my order to make my order. In addition, they close the doors for walking during morning rush. Would not recommend location!
Service terrible. Always an attitude. Nope no longer getting my $$. Ill stick to wawa or Starbucks, i like a smile in the am.
Something happened . . . My normal happy guy and girl who greet me every morning with a hello and good morning and talk to my dog aren’t there anymore. This is the third time I’ve been there in three weeks and I’ve been greeted by no smiles no hellos no good mornings no thank you youse nothing just mean faces. Very disappointing. I will now be going to BHP DD by Larry’s even though it’s out of the way and more expensive. It’s worth the smiles.
