I truly wish I could give them negative stars and only this location. The staff here don’t listen to what you are ordering, the doughnuts are normally hard, and there are always bugs flying in the lobby. Well this past weekend on Sunday it was a little worse, there were dead flies on the floor, not only was the inside busy but so was the drive through. Messed up my coffee yet again :/
I previously attempted to address this issue privately through an email to corporate over three months ago, but I never received any response or follow-up. Since my concerns were ignored, I feel it’s necessary to now share my experience publicly. I visited the Dunkin location in Somerdale and had a very concerning interaction with an employee. The new employees are very rude & extremely slow. I don't know what happened to the old friendly staff, but I'm not using this dunkin anymore.
