Visited this location on 7/13 and ordered 2 iced drinks and a 10 count of assorted munchkins via mobile app. I've never had issues with it before. Today when I visited they were sold out of munchkins and when I asked to be refunded I was told I couldn't be because there was no manager on sight and I would have to return the following morning. Always out of croissants and other breakfast items,bad customer service.
Kids like the ice cream but this is the 2nd time in as many weeks that we've gone there and stood waiting an uncomfortable amount of time for help while they walked away, plain ignoring us. Whatever the reason, its just ice-cream. We can get that with much better atmosphere elsewhere and will.
