It’s typical Dunkin’ Donuts coffee and donuts so no issue with the food but the service and atmosphere is needing much improvement. They have young kids that work here with their friends coming in to talk with them and use vulgarity and very loud and not seem to care about their job. A lot of of the school kids come in after school to hang out which is better than the alternative, but there is no management at this location that overseas their people are working and not spending the time on their phone or having their friend... read more
Drive Thru: Hit or miss but last few times I've gone which has been in the afternoon around 2:00 or 3:00 its been a complete miss. They not onlybtake forever to just take ur order or even acknowledge you at the window and ordering speaker. Yesterday I asked for a Sausage Egg and Cheese NOT toasted and they toasted it with a few burned pieces, then today I asked for it on a plain bagel, and it was inedible, the whole bagel was burnt, brown and black and when I was sitting in front of the drive thru window I was starting to ge... read more
