My foods didn't warmup and later they never asked to order while I was in drive throw for so long.
I've been coming to this Dunkin' for over 4 years and used to love it, never had a single issue. But lately, things have really gone downhill. The service just isn’t what it used to be. On several different occasions, I’ve ordered a shaken espresso and had to ask for it to be remade because it clearly wasn’t shaken, just stirred or poured over ice. I had one of the worst service experiences today. I waited for over 20 minutes for a medium cappuccino, and when I politely asked about it, I was completely ignored. When I requested a refund, I was told, “You can’t have your money back—the manager is not here.” This is completely unacceptable. Delaying a simple order and refusing a refund without a manager present shows a total lack of professionalism and customer care. I’m extremely disappointed and won’t be returning.
