I stopped to pick up two Old Fashioned Donuts for my boss. The teenager rang me up, took my money and gave me change, one dollar of which I put in the tip jar and then he realized they didn’t have Old Fashioned donuts and offered me glazed Old Fashioned. I called my boss and she only wanted one. He gave me the one, but then had no idea how to refund me for the other donut. He called the teenager manager over. A Hispanic man was extremely rude he must have hearing issues I must've yelled my order to this man and he made the wrong drink and REFUSED to remake the drink. I confirmed my order at least 20 times how can he get it wrong and then refuse to make a drink???? I worked at Dunkin before no manager denies a remake on an order he's like just stuck up and incredibly unprofessional never ordering when I see this guy again. Please wear hearing aids next time. There is definitely a problem.
