Placed order through app, was charged and the store is closed. Still no refund!! I wish I could post the photos.

On 10/20/2025 , I went there around 8:20 am and purchased a medium coffee , plain bagel toasted with butter and croissants toasted with butter. There was so much butter that soaked through the bag causing butter to drip through the bag into my $144.00 pants😡 I wasn't able to eat either item because it was saturated with butter and no one in their right state of mind would consume that much butter let alone put that much butter on someone's food.

I stopped to pick up two Old Fashioned Donuts for my boss. The teenager rang me up, took my money and gave me change, one dollar of which I put in the tip jar and then he realized they didn’t have Old Fashioned donuts and offered me glazed Old Fashioned. I called my boss and she only wanted one. He gave me the one, but then had no idea how to refund me for the other donut. He called the teenager manager over.
