Manager in the morning was by herself slammed with orders but was cranking out orders. Workers are always friendly.
I recently stopped at the Hartford Dunkin’ to grab donuts and coffee for a meeting, and I was so impressed with the service! I wasn’t sure how much to order for 12 people, but the cashier, Emily, kindly walked me through her recommendation with a great attitude. It didn’t stop there—she went to the back to help prepare my order, and while waiting I overheard her training a new team member. The dunkin donuts on route thirty one in mchenry is horrible... Take too long way too long and screw up waters on top of it. They seriously need to hire more help.. I don't go there anymore.
Update 9/1/2025 I think they changed staff around or management. But, which ever they did worked! They definitely are alot better. Glad to see they turned it around.
It's okay - average DD. The grandchildren wanted to go. Donuts okay and coffee okay.
