Came through the drive through at 3pm 3/6 and ordered a medium cloud latte and a large PERFECT MATCHA, light ice with vanilla syrup added. After i left the drive through i realized the matcha did not have the cold foam nor the vanilla. I came through the second time and said “ i had ordered the perfect matcha with cold foam and vanilla”. I really love the new owners, very kind and our orders are always correct
I come to this dunkin at Hamilton Middletown rd every day and I love this location and their staff! All of the staff are so friendly and professional. I had one issue where the app auto picked 4 donuts but I told them at the window and they fixed it right there. I never have to wait or pull around like the dunkin in Middletown. My coffee is always perfect, the food is always hot and fresh. I have nothing but praise for this location! They all do a wonderful job!
I’ve been coming to this location for years. Ever since they got a new owner in remodeled, I’ll give it a five out of five they always get my drink right and are very friendly and know me by name thank you guys for making my mornings so much better!
