Horrible costumer service from Ashley. I usually go to this Dunkin in the mornings before work, but today I went later in the day. The Dunkin worker Ashley took my order where there was some sort of confusion on wether I ordered an iced coffee or hot coffee. I was very polite when she gave it to me just making sure she understood I had ordered an iced coffee.
