Extremely busy on a holiday. Waited 31 minutes for food. Because they were short staffed not courteous. Our drinks sat on counter where we could not get them while waiting on food. Staff were working on mobile orders before walking.
Sherry was absolutely phenomenal!! I ordered to the wrong location so my cold foam was almost gone by the time I arrived to pickup! She was patient and went above and beyond to refresh my drink! I’ll definitely be returning!
Great job all around!
They made my drink wrong it’s not the first time it happened and the manager that was there today grab the wrong drink out of my hand and was rude about saying that they will remake so I’m no longer going to this Dunkin doughnuts.
