I frequently stop at this Dunkin in the mornings before work. Mostly using my mobile app for the rewards. But everyone is so pleasant! I’ve never had a negative experience here. There is a woman in a blue shirt most mornings (I wish I knew her name) who is amazing and super sweet always! There is a good team here, they all deserve a raise, just sayin’ 😊😊
(7-16-2025) When I placed my order with Tae and everything was fine. I advised him when I placed my order to add light cold foam. He said okay, and I proceeded to pay. As I was waiting, I noticed the store was trashed and Tae was talking to someone on the phone. Then a female employee handed me the drink. The cup was half filled with coffee and the other half with cold foam. I advised her that the coffee was not made correctly. I also advised her that I requested for light cold foam. Every time I go here, I get the best service. They are so nice, helpful and friendly. My coffee is always perfect too! Update: I still love going here for the same reasons. These employees deserve a nice raise. They all work so hard and I never have a problem. Also, I love that Dunkin now has Mint Chocolate flavor! I'm addicted!
Don’t normally write reviews. This location has always been a little inconsistent but nothing noteworthy. Today I walked in to order a coffee, and walked in to the girl at the register turned the other way giving her coworker the finger. She never noticed I walked in and proceeded to walk away from the counter. Thankfully one of her coworkers noticed I was there and took my order, but y’all might want to make sure that the person working behind the counter isn’t flipping someone the bird during business hours.
