15 minutes to get my croissant sandwich. Plus it was burnt. Never again.
We usually get Coffee Cake muffins. This morning, they were out again. We thought about having a couple of cinnamon donuts instead, but they don't carry those anymore. Seems like their bakery choices have dwindled from what they once were. We finally settled for a couple of coffee rolls and a Hazelnut iced coffee. I have been patronizing this Dunkin’ Donuts for years. They used to have a very consistent and very good morning staff, up until about two months ago. Since then, the timeliness of service has been unusually inconsistent. Sometimes, the drive-through line is a very average wait time. At other times, I have waited up to 35 minutes(!) in the drive-through line prior to arriving at the service window. I miss the former morning consistent staff, their hard work, and their consistent Friendliness towards their regular clientele.
