Normally I go to this Dunkin every day, but as of today they’ve started asking for tips at the drive-thru window. The employee taking my card was reading the tip options out loud for me to choose from. When I said “no tip,” she responded with “WHAT’S THAT?” and I had to repeat myself. To make matters worse, my coffee was made terribly, I took one sip and threw it out. Safe to say I’ll be driving the extra mile to go to a different Dunkin from now on.
Got cold sandwich once too many times in drive-thru...went in to have it heated up and was made to wait extra long and treated like I was the problem...will not spend another dime at this location
