Went thru drive thru, given 1/2 doz donuts. Pulled over to check, there were 2 with with frosting melted off and others with fingerprints on the top. Went inside and asked for replacements but was met with multiple staff members being indignant and making excuses. “They always have finger prints” Poorest excuse for customer service I’ve seen in a long time. Ended up getting a refund and won’t be back to that location, ever.
Call me old fashioned but I prefer to do business in person. I wanted to buy a $100 gift card. So, I parked in back (less traffic, safer) but the back door was locked. So I walked around to the front door, having noticed a young lady employee in the store on the way, but the front door was locked as well. This group of young staff has always been kind, attentive, and polite. Even on their busiest days they're always smiling. If they happen to be out of the item you ordered, they usually will suggest something comparable or will hold your credit for you till they have it in next time. The management has always been really helpful as well.
We stopped by today to get the sand bucket full of munchkins for our daughter, we were helped by Abraham and he was amazing!!!! Such a polite young man and extremely helpful to us we well definitely be back!
