Worst customer service i have ever received. From any place ever. Food service or other wise. Most unwelcomeing employees I've ever dealt with. He employee with the pastel colored hair was so unnecessarily rude. According to the other reviews and 2.7 rating this a chronic problem that doesn't seem to be addressed.
Food is typically fine, coffee is inconsistent but the customer service is trash - especially from one individual! It only takes 1 bad egg to ruin the whole carton.
I’ve never felt so unwelcome in an establishment. I’d rather drive a longer distance to my favorite Dunkin’ than be treated so disrespectful.
Iced coffee was tasty, per usual..
