I ordered a caramel craze iced latte. He ended up making a hot one and instead of just remaking it, he poured it over ice which then caused my drink to not taste or look very well. I had already ripped $2 but definitely wish I didn’t.
I rarely post "negative" reviews but I am genuinely just so fed up. The people that work at this Dunkin are the only reason it's even getting a 3 🌟 because they're amazing. I order the same drink every single time I come, it's a pretty simple drink imo, a frozen caramel coffee with whipped cream. Coffee, caramel syrup and whipped cream. I love that they have badges that say they are in training. My drinks have been on point
This is by far the SLOWEST Dunkin I’ve ever been to. And I’m from New England so I’ve been to A MILLION Dunkin’s, my husband has literally had to leave the drive thru line because no one has any sense of urgency.
