AVOID THIS DUNKIN' AT ALL COSTS! This place is a complete disaster and should honestly be shut down, renovated, and re-staffed from the ground up. I’m not sure what kind of clown show they’re running back there, but it sure as hell isn’t a functioning Dunkin’ Donuts. Rude and slow, to an extreme. Would not have stopped if I had checked the reviews. Avoid
I was nervous about using the kiosk for the first time but gave it a try anyway, I probably would have messed it up if it wasn't for Mike coming to the rescue and helping me!! He was extremely kind, patient, and HELPFUL!! Even tho the donut I was looking for was literally right in front of my face, for some reason I missed it and Mike came right around and helped me find and complete my order. I’ve stopped here three times. They never have the food in stock never have enough staff. always have to an order. It’s best to go to the next rest stop with a Dunkin’ Donuts
