Waited in line at drive through said I had an order to pick up said okay, pulled up to the window and manager told me I had to come in after being told to come up.
I love coming to this Dunkin specifically, all the others in my area don’t compare!! They always have what I want and make it quickly, even when lines are long, and the staff is always so polite. Tim absolutely makes my morning! He’s so genuine and joyful that even when I’m not off to a great start my day spins right around after my stop here! He always asks if I need anything else and chats with me while I grab my order. Definitely an employee to keep and take care of in the long run!
