Slower than mollases.
I live a mile from here so it's convenient. However, 9 out of 10 times the order is wrong! Today there were to many mistakes so I'll be driving further & hopefully get correct orders at a different location.
You will never know how good you've got it until you move south and Dunkin is straight hot garbage 😔 down there. Northern D&D steals the show and makes me sad that I won't get this coffee or bagel in the lovely state of VA.
Ordered a strawberry coolatta for the 1st time in over a year. It was awful. It tasted sour. I went in to ask for something else & they told me they no longer sweeten the drink. I said how are you supposed to sweeten a frozen drink after it's made & they said you have to tell them ahead of time. The counter person did not ask if I wanted it sweetened or mention anything about the change in procedure for ordering. I asked if they could remix it with sweetener & they said no. So I paid $5 for something I can't even drink.
The place was very neat & tidy. When I got in Jay was pushing the chairs in & wiping tables. I was greeted with a smile by Mya. She was happy to answer any questions I had & was delighted to engage in a conversation with me. Service was quick & pleasant
