Been “short staffed” and “only mobile orders” for over a year. Place is either terribly managed or Dunkin doesn’t give a crap about this location.30 minutes in line to wait for your coffee btw. Don’t go here
I only drink chai latte from Starbucks, but this one was very good! I’ll return!
The costumer service from this one girl with a buzz cut and a tattoo on her face was terrible. She was so disrespectful and was yelling at the other staff member while I was there. The environment was so hostile I wanted to leave. I love going to dunking but workers like this make it hard to come.
They ignored us and we called for them and we still had 10 minutes to closing. They completely acted like we were not at the window. Since when with having 10 minutes till closing do you stop serving coffee at a coffee spot.
