Never have their phone line on so when a mistake is a made or when they forgot items unless you go back you aren’t fixing it ! Never mind every dasher talks about how miserable and arrogant the workers are ! If you don’t like your job get a new one !! Bunch of addicts who are legit tweaking. I absolutely hate this place because of their workers whatever ones who 8am beat it !
The asst/manager on 4/26/25 around 9am was so rude. That's not how you treat your customers. I always ask for my coffee made the same way. This manager refused to make it. I never had a problem ever at any Dunkin. I always ask for extra ice but I also ask for a larger cup since im getting less coffee. I NEVER have any issues. Next time ill ask for ice on the side?! I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ for a couple of years and used to get great service. Lately though, especially over the past year, my mobile orders are rarely ready when I arrive—even though I order ahead. I usually visit on weekends and always see just one person working, with a growing line of customers. It’s frustrating, and I’m not sure why more staff aren’t scheduled during busy times. Hope this gets addressed soon.
