The service at this dunks are always great and consistent here. Always top notch service. I went in today to get two lattes, and janine was so friendly. The dunkin' donuts where I lived prior everybody was so rude and awful, and this dunks is the complete opposite. Also the coffee is always fresh

Very rude when I had placed an order online. Went to pick it up and the lady told me they didn’t have it and was very rude about and didn’t offer to look at the order or help with a solution
My husband just went into this location for a coffee. The drive through was busy so he decided to order inside. The staff were extremely rude. No greeting just a "wait" and a few moments of being ignored while the 5 or 6 employees all worked solely on drive through orders. "What do you want?" Was how he was asked. He ordered a medium coffee, when it was handed over my husband thanked the employee she just gave him a nasty look. Never again
