This is by far the worst Dunkin’ I’ve been to. The employees were rude and acted like they didn’t want to help customers. My donut was extremely stale and tasted like it had been sitting out for days. To make things even worse, the bathroom was filthy. When I lifted the toilet seat, there was feces on the rim of the bowl, which was disgusting and made it obvious that the restroom hadn’t been cleaned properly. This was by far the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. The restaurant was dirty, with spider webs visible in multiple areas, and I even saw rats. It took over 30 minutes just to get my food, which is completely unacceptable for a fast-food restaurant. To make matters worse, my donut was rock solid and tasted stale, like it had been sitting out for days. The employees were also very rude and acted like customers were an inconvenience. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I definitely won’t be coming back.
got a strawberry coolatta and it didnt come with with whipped cream thats BS. we got a 6 dollar meal deal and the girl told us that it doesnt come with hash browns. yes it does. terrible. i hate this dunkin.
Long line today even though we did a mobile order ahead, we sat in line for over 30 minutes for 7 cars ahead. Worker at window was not friendly at all. And my coffee was wrong. They forgot the cold foam we paid for, and she seemed annoyed when we let her know that. Frustrating. Usually this location is great.
Typical Dunkin Donuts, food is okay. The service here was very good.
