Ignorance at its best i walked in and out I waited at counter and there were 3 workers i said is anyone working could i get help one walked off in space somewhere the other with her back towards me and one looked me in the face said can't you see ......
My husband just left here was in line 20 min for ice coffee and frozen coffee people hinde got more coffee and other stuff .my husband asked where his frozen coffee was the person told my husband you have to wait very rude
This is by far the worst Dunkin’ I’ve been to. The employees were rude and acted like they didn’t want to help customers. My donut was extremely stale and tasted like it had been sitting out for days. To make things even worse, the bathroom was filthy. When I lifted the toilet seat, there was feces on the rim of the bowl, which was disgusting and made it obvious that the restroom hadn’t been cleaned properly. This was by far the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. The restaurant was dirty, with spider webs visible in multiple areas, and I even saw rats. It took over 30 minutes just to get my food, which is completely unacceptable for a fast-food restaurant. To make matters worse, my donut was rock solid and tasted stale, like it had been sitting out for days. The employees were also very rude and acted like customers were an inconvenience. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I definitely won’t be coming back.
