This is now the second time I have had an extremely unpleasant experience with the manager, Kayla Mackey, at the Greensboro Dunkin’. Both times, the issue has been the way I was spoken to. Today, while an employee was taking my order at the drive-thru, Kayla abruptly came over the speaker and loudly interrupted the employee to announce that she would not put cold foam on iced coffee drinks.
