I ordered an iced matcha latte with oat milk today and inquired about the purpose of the cold foam machine from two employees. I watched the employee prepare my drink—adding matcha powder, warm water to dissolve it, sugar, the white liquid (cold foam), and oat milk. Despite consistently requesting oat milk due to lactose intolerance, my iced matcha latte has always tasted like whole milk. Was surprised to see the drive through open at 4:30am. What a mistake. After a bite or 2 of a bagel I couldn’t take the horrible stench. After further inspection I realized the wrapping was covered in insecticide. You have to be kidding me.
