The entrance(s) and exit are a bit dangerous. The parking lot is too. The person who took my order and made my drink was awesome and polite. The coffee was on point.
The place is clean but the people that work there do not speak English and didn't understand a simple drink. They wanted to charge me twice the full price because I wanted a drink that had 2 flavors in it. So instead of paying $6 for a drink they wanted to charge $12. I walked out and won't be coming back, which is a shame since I've been going there for 30 years.
Front counter needs work. No customer service. I watched as my matcha was made. 1/3 of it was beverage the rest ice. Boring environment too, I recommend a drive thru.
