Why does the cashier ask me if I want my change? You got to be kidding me.
This is the only Dunkin in the area that doesn't mess up the coffee and is consistent. Everywhere else seems like they're basically handing out $6 cups of creamer/milk. I come here and am always greeted with a smile, and they're polite.
This is clearly not an isolated issue based on other reviews that mention the broken English, rude behavior of staff and frequent wrong orders. The female employee couldn't understand a phrase as simple as "My order is wrong" and kept responding with "There's no Samantha here." There was no apology for the mistake or for having to come back and the sausage in the wrap was cold when I finally received the corrected order.
