Avoid this location! Placed and paid for my order through the Dunkin app and when they took my order I told them I was there for my online app order and gave info. They said OK and instructed me to pull around. Waited 10 minutes in drive thru then when I got to the window they just stared at me confused. So, I showed them my order info on app. They kept saying no no no we don’t have an order. They spoke broken English so that was frustrating and clearly didn’t care to figure out what went wrong with the online ordering. No b... read more
I place a call to the store. Who ever took the call hung up on me because the could understand my plane English. So rude.
This has been the third time I have gotten a hot latte and it’s been cold. I don’t even know how that’s possible.
