This Location Needs to Learn How to Read and Prepare Custom Orders. Went to this location for the first time. I use the Dunkin app. Usually the line moves pretty quickly, not here. The voice coming out of the speaker at the drive-thru was very faint, and one worded lines, 'Hey?' and 'Window' sounding as if they were dying, struggling to make any sounds whatsoever. Besides the 1st window attendant which acted as he was bothered by having another customer, the caramel ice coffee came with "no caramel" ... Is like having a coffee but with no coffee. Also it had a bad taste to it.
I have been to this location several times, but today was totally different. Hashbrowns were cold and burnt my coffee. My latte tasted like the coffee was burnt. Not sure what’s going on but this is not typical for this location.
