I called in asking for help to fix a mistake on my mobile order it was placed at this address and I was already 30 minutes away from this location. I called in asking for them to cancel it and to possibly not make it and save the inconvenience. Instead she answered with a rude tone, cut me off while I was speaking, mentioned “that’s an issue you need to fix on your own”, I didn’t even get the chance to ask how I would move forward with the cancellation and she HUNG UP on me while I was talking. Service at this Dunkin’ really depends on who’s working—it’s hit or miss. There’s about a 50/50 chance your order will be correct, even if you place it through the app for pickup. Most recently, I ordered a large and medium iced latte, but was given two mediums instead. When I pointed it out, the guy at the counter was rude and dismissive. Thankfully, the woman who made the drinks apologized, took the medium back, and made the correct large one. I appreciated that—but it still took about 10 minutes, which seemed excessive.
